Some people want an unstructured space to speak their thoughts and feelings out loud, while others want a more structured, active approach to work on skills and "homework". A typical session might start in the chairs checking in, then doing some active mindfulness with yoga postures and then end up back in the chairs to review and end. Together we figure out what works best.
