How you live your days is how you live your life...

I am excited to announce a new service:
Therapy mentoring and
more online services to come

Step One

What do we all universally want?It only comes down to a few things....
Meet with me either online or in office for a full standard therapy intake session. From this, we will focus the lens.
schedule a session

Step two

Clarify a particular area you wish to put your attention on (inboxes above) to make changes and be active in that process.
After this, we will meet online for four 15 minute segments. This could be facetime,
phone calls, and texting/email support.
creating a ritual

Step Three

Use your four, 15 minute online segments per month to implement new plans, rituals and practices that we create with feedback and support from me. What is working? What needs tweaking?
practice and change the brain
For more about how I came up with this idea to offer this service to individuals please see my blog "You've got Mail".

What Clients Are Saying

I just want to let you know how grateful I am to have you as my therapist. I am so fortunate that I have that safe place to be vulnerable. It’s really helping me get through this difficult time. I know this feeling of safety has been around for me the past year and it’s something that I am so grateful that I can feel. I know many of the lessons in session have been repeated and yet throughout it, you continue to be steady, hopeful, and supportive.
Thank you for commitment, insight, and ability to always be there “holding the hope” for my life, I really value this.
