Individual Therapy

Individual therapy using BCBS insurance benefits ranges from 45-55 minutes per session.
Individual therapy $120 out of pocket is a 50-55 minute session.

1 to 1 TSY therapy (trauma sensitive yoga)

​Therapy mentoring; telehealth services. This is a short term service to help implement practices and rituals to manifest change in the areas of health&wellness, spirituality, friends&family, intimacy&sex, adventure&discovery and money& abundance. This will include one 50-55 minute intake session either in office or online and then four, 15 minute segments over the course of a month; facetime, phone call, texting, sent resources to help create, practice and tweak a new practice.

Group Therapy

Yoga for Anxiety;
​current ongoing group.

This is a weekly closed group that starts with asana and then shifts into "talk therapy". Groups incorporate, mindfulness practice, arts making, journaling, learning new coping skills and homework. Clients also receive resources sent to them throughout the 8 week session.
Next group: fall 2019. 

Mindfulness; 30 minute drop in.
Weekly drop in 
to practice mindfulness/relaxation. This is an open, drop in group to practice mindfulness and encourage a quiet mind.

I am so excited to offer 2 new treatment options! I am currently working on creating an online course; The 6 Components of Happiness is the working title. Online courses are a great way to do this kind of active approach to therapy. I'm just at the start but getting excited imagining the end product! R&R 3 day: Rest and Retreat on a 3 day get away to a beautiful home in Lincoln NH, right on Loon Mountain. This is also “in the making”. It will include choices of the following; healthy food, yoga, meditation, setting intentions, guided hikes or to do nothing at all!
