  • "I read a piece online recently about a new mom who was struggling, and it reminded me of how grateful I am for everything that you did for me postpartum with both my children. I’ve been using all the things you’ve taught me and doing really well these days. Both of my “big” boys are doing great-they love having a present mom who is feeling good!”"

Hi, I’m Elizabeth.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I've been a therapist since 1999, and I work only with women, because this season of life deserves someone who gets it completely.

For 25 years I've sat with women through the parts no one warns you about. The two-week waits. The losses you grieve quietly. The birth that didn't go to plan. The version of yourself you're trying to find your way back to.

I'm also a certified birth doula and a certified perinatal mental health provider, so I understand both what your body goes through and what your heart carries while it does. My work is gentle, body-centered, and always at your pace.
