I love working with women and I offer three specialties

I have the experience of 20 years of seeing various populations and now I specialize in three  primary areas.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga

Trauma and it's effects are stored in the body and so working with the whole body is essential in healing in mind and body. After meeting initially and discussing particular challenges in terms of living in your body, sessions look like a one to one yoga experience where choice is the most important aspect.

Perinatal health

I fell into this specialty from having a new mom as a client who then spread the word! Suddenly I had an abundance of new moms seeking support. This is a new focus for me and I'm digging in to Perinatal training in January 2021. 
I love supporting women in the process of getting pregnant, having a baby and postpartum concerns like depression and anxiety, and including birth trauma.

This is most like traditional therapy.
​I have an eclectic style employing cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, IFS language to discuss parts of ourselves, to help support you and look at patterns that have become your ways of being. All were created for a good reason, but some may no longer be serving you.
